The Bungee Experience

Defy gravity. Build strength. Fall in love with movement again.

What it is

A workout that feels like play

You're harnessed into a high-tension bungee cord suspended from the ceiling. Your weight is partially supported, which means you can leap, run, dive and fly through movement patterns that would otherwise destroy your knees and ankles.

The result: a workout that burns 400–600 calories an hour, builds serious strength in your core, glutes and legs, and leaves you grinning like a kid.

Bungee FAQ

Is there a weight limit?
Our harnesses and cords are sized for adults from 40 kg to 100 kg. Get in touch if you'd like to confirm fit before booking.
I've never exercised. Can I do this?
Yes — bungee is one of the most beginner-friendly cardio formats out there because the harness shares your weight. Tell us at booking and we'll pair you with the right instructor.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, fitted activewear. Long leggings are best (the harness sits at your hips). No shoes required.
Can I do bungee on my period?
Absolutely. Many of our regulars say it's one of the few workouts they actually enjoy on tough days.
How often should I come?
Two to three sessions a week is the sweet spot for visible strength and conditioning changes within a month.
